RX lenses have an average production time of 3-5 working days.
Within Germany, Austria and Switzerland we work closely with Phoenix/transmed.

Transmed deliveries are "overnight" deliveries. You will usually receive your goods at your store the next day.
We are happy to ship our products to our customers from other European countries by post / DHL.

We do not charge extra for MDR or cylindrical corrections within the normal delivery range. Likewise, the aspherical surface optimisation of our freeform progressive lenses of the Bellevue, PRIMAVISTA, Relax and Office series is free of charge.
At the beginning of your order process on OPH-online you have the option to select the option "Glazing". If you select this, a link to download the glazing job will appear and your lenses will remain with us until we have received your frames. Further information can be found in our price list.

We offer the possibility for both, stock and RX lenses to be ordered with remote edging with the OPH online ordering software.

With each order, a delivery confirmation is included in the delivery bag. At the middle of the month and at the end of the month, an invoice is sent to you. Invoices are also available by e-mail on request.
You have the option to set up a direct debit with the SEPA direct debit system and you will automatically receive a 2% discount. You may also make a bank transfer (within 30 days of invoicing).
For OPHTHALMICA Brillenglaeser, the "Made in Germany" is a very valid statement since all the manufacturing of the lenses, the colouring and the coating is conducted completely in Rathenow / Brandenburg.
The Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore we offer a 6-months compatibility guarantee to each branded progressive lens from OPHTHALMICA. With our improved anti-reflective coating composition, our lenses achieve even better durability, allowing us to include a 36 months warranty on the surfaces.
